Austin James on his birthday - June 9
Austin arrived 15 weeks early on June 9, 2006. His scheduled arrival date was September 20, 2006. Gina developed severe pre-eclampsia which required an emergency c-section. Austin weighed 1 pound 6 ounces (630 grams) at birth.

I came to your blog from the "next blog" arrow. I have walked the NICU walk with twin daughters who arrived at 26 weeks gestation. We had complications with both but PRAISE GOD! they are alive and well and doing fine. I blogged their story in the August - December 2005 archives on my blog. Photos are included.
If you need anything I can give, please let me know. Keep up with the breast milk. I pumped for several months, then nursed the girls at breast until their first birthday. So much nutrition and so much love in that wonderful mother's milk.
Please know that I'm praying for your little fellow.
