Day 35
We pursposely did not visit Austin today (sorry, no picture) because of the sickness floating around our house. The bug that the kids have seems to be a 24-48 hour virus which we hope will pass soon. We really miss seeing our little peanut and hope to be able to visit him this weekend.
Austin had a good day today and is resting comfortably. He weighed 795 grams tonight which is 1 pound, 12 ounces. His oxygen levels are in the low 20's which is very good.

Austin is such an inspiration to all of us....He has such strength for being one so small, like David fighting Goliath. He can win this battle. He is a wonderful gift and a blessing. He is a powerful message to a lot of people. He will show those who don't believe the power of GOD.

He's in very good hands, both at the hospital and spiritually. Rest and resume your fight when the bug has passed.
You're doing precisely the right thing. I know it's hard to not be there.
